I am a PhD graduate in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa and an Applied AI Research Scientist at CIBC, where I work on generative AI and foundation models, including pre- and post-training. I have more than seven years of experience in machine learning, including applying large language models to software engineering and real-world problems. I am especially interested in agentic AI and building thoughtful, reliable systems that support people and complex workflows. I enjoy bridging research and practice to turn new ideas into useful, real-world solutions.
